These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Audneys Ecosystem, including BreathAI™, CornFormula GTS™, and all associated services, features, and content.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using Audneys Ecosystem ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

- You are at least 13 years old (18 for certain features)
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials
2. AI Services & Generated Content
BreathAI™ Services
Our AI services include text generation, image creation, voice synthesis, video processing, 3D modeling, and other AI-powered features powered by AIMLAPI and Puter providers.
- AI Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors
- Not Professional Advice: AI responses are not substitutes for professional advice
- Fair Use: AI services are provided subject to fair usage policies and credit limits
Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide to our AI services
- AI Outputs: You own the AI-generated content you create (subject to third-party terms)
- Training Data: Anonymized data may be used to improve our AI models
- Prohibited Content: Do not generate illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
3. Credit System & Billing
Dual Credit System
Our platform uses Standard AI Credits (powered by Puter & AIMLAPI free tiers) and Advanced AI Credits (premium features) to provide transparent pricing.

Subscription & Billing
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal date
- GTS Discounts: Audneys Resources activated users receive 10% monthly, 20% annual discounts
- Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods accepted
- Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days for unused credits
4. CornFormula GTS™ System
Grant Distribution Technology
CornFormula GTS™ is our automated grant distribution system with 10 progressive levels. Participation is voluntary and requires understanding of the system mechanics.
- Level Progression: 10 levels with increasing investment requirements and rewards
- Referral System: Multi-level referral commissions and networking features
- Wallet System: Separate wallets for main balance, grants, and referrals

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

- "As Is" Basis: Platform provided without warranties of any kind
- AI Limitations: AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
- Service Availability: No guaranteed uptime or continuous availability
- Performance: Response times and quality may vary
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audneys Ecosystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination & Account Management
Account Termination
- User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time
- Platform Termination: We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- Data Retention: Account data retained for legal compliance, then anonymized
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Suspicious activity or security concerns
- Violation of acceptable use policies
- Non-payment of subscription fees
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
- Informal Resolution: Attempt to resolve disputes through our support channels first
- Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes subject to binding arbitration in Ireland
- Class Action Waiver: Disputes resolved on individual basis only

Your continued use of the Platform after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
